This cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc and the native Tempranillo Blanco, aged for 12 months in new oak barrels, harmoniously combines fruit and spice aromas with the vanilla and nutty notes of the wood.  
A modern white wine that impresses with its complexity and structure, surprising wine lovers.  

The terrain of the vineyards consists of alluvial soil made up of sand and clay. After gentle pressing, the wine ages in barrels on the fine lees.  
On the nose, intense aromas of green apple, citrus fruits, clove, vanilla, and roasted notes are complemented by fresh grass and bell pepper notes. On the palate, it is elegant, well-structured, with a long, complex finish.
